What does it cost to use Evergreen Capital?

Nothing upfront — ever. We operate on a strict success-fee basis, meaning our fee is only payable on successful completion of your funding. No retainers, no working fees, no charges for our time if your deal doesn't close.

Will applying affect my credit score?

No. Submitting an application to Evergreen Capital does not trigger a credit enquiry and will not affect your credit file. Credit checks only occur if and when a specific lender formally assesses your application — and we'll always discuss this with you before it happens.

Who can apply for funding?

For business funding, we typically require at least 12 months trading history and a minimum monthly turnover of R100,000. Your business must be CIPC registered with an active business bank account. For property, acquisition and solar transactions, eligibility depends on the specific deal — submit an application and we'll advise you directly.

How quickly can I get funding?

For unsecured business loans and merchant cash advances, approvals can happen within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete application. Asset finance and invoice finance typically take 2–5 business days. Commercial property, acquisition and structured transactions take longer depending on complexity — typically 2–8 weeks from mandate to drawdown.

Not necessarily. Several of our products — including unsecured business loans and merchant cash advances — require no security or collateral. For larger loan amounts, secured products, or property and acquisition finance, security will typically be required. We'll always identify the most appropriate product for your situation.

Can you help with commercial property and acquisition finance?

Yes — commercial property acquisition, development finance, bridging and equity release are core to what we do. We also structure leveraged buyouts, management acquisitions and cross-border M&A transactions. These larger transactions are handled by specialist members of our team with direct experience in structuring and executing complex capital arrangements.

We are fully POPIA compliant. Your information is used solely to assess and arrange funding on your behalf and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
